Jamrul Hussain is the 27-year-old boyfriend of Nilufa Begum, whose 2-year-old daughter Tangena Hussain disappeared from a Detroit, Michigan, gas station on October 2, 2008. On October 4, 2008, he was arrested on a kidnapping charge and two counts of sexual conduct, charges stemming from an event in February and unrelated to Tangena Hussain's disappearance.¹
