NFL Career
J.T. O'Sullivan was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2002. He didn't see any playing time his first few seasons, so he joined the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europa, leading the team to World Bowl XII. O'Sullivan played his first NFL game in 2004 with the Green Bay Packers. After brief stints with the Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers and Detroit Lions, O'Sullivan signed with the 49ers in 2008. With Alex Smith out for the season with a broken shoulder, O'Sullivan becomes the starter for the 2008 season.1
