The Accident

Early on July 27, 2008, Shia LaBeouf was arrested on misdemeanor DUI charges after making an illegal turn and colliding with another vehicle.⁴

Both Isabel Lucas, LaBeouf's passenger, and the driver of the other vehicle were hospitalized with minor injuries. LaBeouf reportedly suffered an injury to his hand requiring surgery.⁴
