Isaac Zamora
Isaac Zamora of Alger, Washington, was arrested after killing six people and injuring two others near his home and during a high-speed car chase. One of the victims, Ann Jackson, was a sheriff's deputy in Skagit County. Zamora was under community supervision at the time of the shooting because he was recently released from jail after serving a six-month sentence for drug possession.1
