Ian Hibell
Ian Hibell was a cyclist who biked around the world for more than 40 years. Hibell died at the age of 74 in Greece in September, 2008 when being run over by a driver who allegedly was racing another car. In his over 40 years of long-distance cycling, Hibell covered a distance equal to ten times around the equator.1
