I Hate Sarah Marshall, found online at Ihatesarahmarshall.com, is a blog intended to promote the romantic comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The film, written by and starring Jason Segel, concerns TV composer Peter Bretter, who has trouble coping after his girlfriend Sarah Marshall (played by Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell) leaves him for a rock star.
