Human Tetris
In February 2008, Variety reported that a popular "human tetris" Japanese game show would debut in the United States on the FOX network. An exact broadcast date for the show, titled Hole in the Wall, was not disclosed.1
In the Japanese version of the show, contestants stand before a pool of water, and must twist their bodies to fit "through strange shapes cut out of an onrushing wall." If they fail to fit through the shapes, the wall will push them into the water.2
Celebrities are typical contestants on the Japanese show but the New York Post reports that "regular Joes" will play for cash prizes in the American version.3
