Michael Howard has been arrested and charged with the killing of his friend,
Howard Scott Jr. On March 12, Howard allegedly pointed a gun at his friend's head, and fired at him at point blank range. Police have not speculated on a motive for the killing, but Howard Scott's family maintain that it was not gang or drug related. His father was not happy about his friendship with Michael Howard, and is quoted as saying ,
"When I first met Michael, I told my son, he's not playing with a full deck and he shouldn't be hanging around him, but what could I do? He's 18, and he's going to be friends with who he wants."
