    • I didn't wash the seeds. I just put sea salt on the sticky pumpkin seeds and put them in the micerowave for 4 minutes. Quick and easy.

        • Great tip. My research online showed that most people prefer to at least wipe off the seeds before cooking them, but the pumpkin flesh is also good for you, and I think your method sounds delicious!
