Heather Nauert, a former GOP strategist on the FOX News Channel, was the co-host of The Big Story with John Gibson until the show's cancellation in March, 2008.

Brief Biography
Nauert began her journalistic career as a reporter for the weekly syndicated program First Business before becoming a FOX News contributor and occasional "GOP Strategist" in 1998. In 2001, FOX hired her as a correspondent. In 2005, Nauert left the network to work for ABC, where she was a contributor for World News Tonight, Good Morning America, and Nightline. While at ABC, Nauert received an Emmy nomination for her work on the series "13 Around the World." In 2007, she returned to Fox to co-host The Big Story with John Gibson, after which time the show was renamed The Big Story with John Gibson and Heather Nauert. The show was cancelled in 2008.
