Hazel Warp Dead
Stunt double Hazel Warp passed away at the Evergreen Healthcare assisted living home in Livingston, Montana. A spokeswoman confirmed that Warp died on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, but the cause of death was not specified. She was 93 years old.
