Harold and his buddy Kumar decide to take a trip to Amsterdam. When they pull out a bong during their flight, they're mistaken for terrorists and sent to Guantanamo Bay. After a daring escape from the military prison, the stoner duo find themselves on the run from the feds. Eventually, they wind up at the ranch house of none other than President George W. Bush.
