Plot Summary
During World War II, young Hannibal's life is forever changed when he watches helplessly as his family is brutally murdered. Following their deaths, he seeks refuge in a Soviet orphanage and later travels to Paris. Haunted by nightmares and obsessed with revenge, the intelligent yet disturbed young man enrolls in medical school and begins perfecting the skills that will turn him into the notorious cannibalistic serial killer.
