Hannah Upp
Hannah Upp disappeared before she was due to report for her second year of teaching duties at Thurgood Marshall Academy in New York City. On September 16, 2008, Staten Island Ferry workers rescued Upp after she was seen floating in the waters of New York City's Upper Bay after she had apparently jumped from a pier.1

Upp was reportedly last seen at 2 p.m. on August 29, 2008.4 3 On September 12, 2008, Upp was seen in an Apple Store in Manhattan but when she was approached by a co-worker, she ran away.1
