Introduction
- This is a detailed walkthrough on how to beat Halo 3 for the Xbox 360. The final installment of the epic Halo Trilogy has come to fruition. This walkthrough gives you all the information needed in order to beat the game as well as find all the Skulls and Terminals.
Controls
- Y Button - Swap Weapon

Walk It Off
- Watch the cutscene. After it ends head along the jungle path following the Arbiter and the soldiers.
- TIP: If at any point you get lost there should usually be a guide arrow on screen to follow.
- Once you reach the waterfall go right and jump over the tree trunk. Here you'll see some Grunts and a Brute. Start shooting.
- TIP: Take the Brute down first and the Grunts will panic and start to run around. You can easily pick them off. If your shields become drained find cover until they regenerate (This goes for now and the entire game.).
- Continue on until a Phantom passes overhead. It will drop off a Brute and some Grunts into the pool of water.
- TIP: Stay on the high ground as it's the safe bet and, again, pick off the Brute and then the Grunts.
- Once the enemies are gone jump down to the water. It's time to grab the first skull.
- SKULL: Blind - Once in the small pool of water take a right and follow along the side of the cliff. Jump down on to a large rock that juts out from the cliff. Towards the edge of the rock lies the skull. Pick it up. You only need to hold it for a moment and then you can drop it. Head back to the pool of water.
- Go left and follow the path, taking out a few Grunts as you move. You will eventually reach a cave. Follow it until it ends.
- After exiting the cave there will be a Grunt on your right resting. The easy thing to do here is walk up to him and use a melee attack to instantly kill him.
- After you take him out turn around and go through the cave in the wall next to you. When you exit the cave there will be a few more sleeping Grunts. Take them out silently using your melee attack.
- Continue across the water. Here you will encounter a large number of enemies. Take them out.
- TIP: Go for the Jackals first, and then wipe out the Grunts.
- Afterwards follow along the path to the right into the next area where you should see a Brute holding up a soldier as he is about to kill him. Kill the Brute and save the soldier then deal with the Grunts. Go under the bridge and take a left up the ramp.
- Walk across the tree bridge that the Brute was just on and go into the next area. Eliminate the enemies and enter the cave. You will experience the first of many Cortana flashes (they occur throughout the entire game), and then exit the cave.
Charlie Foxtrot
- Drop down from the ledge and start taking out enemies. It is going to be pretty hectic for a bit. You will see and hear a Pelican get shot down.
- TIP: Use the metal bunkers by the water as cover to take out as many enemies as you can. Use your Battle Rifle if you have one.
- Move towards the building and take out the enemies as you move forward using the crates as cover.
- Take a left and you will see a Brute on top of a rock. Take him out and move down the ramp away from the building taking out the last of the Grunts. The Arbiter will tell you to hurry back into the jungle.
- Follow the path into the jungle and you will encounter a few Jackal Snipers. They are high up on rock ledges or in tress. Keep your eyes up high and move slow. If you're lucky you'll see them before they see you. When you spot one take them down.
- TIP: If you want to you can pick up a Sniper Rifle here as it can come in handy.
- This path opens to a wider area with Grunts and Jackal Snipers to your left and a Phantom deploying troops to your right. If you picked up a sniper rifle you can hang back and pick some enemies off, otherwise, head in under the bridge and start killing. There are a lot of enemies so keep your eyes peeled and take cover. Stay close to the rocks on the left and take out the enemies on the right.
- After the Phantom leaves head towards where it was and look to the right off the cliff. There you will see the downed Pelican.
- TIP: There is plenty of ammo next to the wreckage.
- Take the path on the right which leads up to the bridge you just went under.
- Cross the bridge and continue to take out enemies as you move along to your right. You will reach a cave enter it and pass to the other side. Follow the path until you reach a cliff overlooking a dam.
Quid Pro Quo
- Take out a few enemies from the cliff before you drop down.
- TIP: Use the partially destroyed building with the hole in the roof as cover to take out the first few enemies, and then continue forward using crates as cover. Be careful there are enemies everywhere. Keep an eye out for the snipers on the rooftops.
- Hop up to the higher ground on the right and take the stairs up. Look left to see the path across the dam and start shooting enemies. There are a lot so take them out.
- TIP: There is a Brute Chieftain with a Gravity Hammer on the bridge. He can easily kill you so when he comes at you just keep moving and firing as to avoid his attacks (If you want to have some fun pick up the Gravity Hammer and beat down enemies.). Take note of the two Jackals on the ledge to the right as this point will be important if you want to find the next Skull. Toss grenades to the other side of the bridge, hang back, and shoot. This should keep you relatively safe while taking down these enemies.
- Once you've killed your way to the other side of the dam take a left and keep killing as there are more enemies down the steps. Use cover as it comes and when they have been dealt with you can go after the next skull.
- SKULL: Iron - Go back to the walkway that spans the dam and jump up to the ledge that the two Jackals where on earlier. Follow the rusty grating until you reach two pipes that go left. Jump up onto the pipes and then jump again onto a walkway. Follow the walkway all the way until it ends. At the dead end peek around the beam on the right to find the skull.
- Enter the building on your left and hold RB to free Johnson.
- Exit the building to see two Phantoms dropping off enemies. Head back up to the bridge across the dam, take out enemies as they come, and stay alive until the Pelican arrives at the dam.
- TIP: Use grenades and keep your distance as you fire.
- When the Pelican arrives head over to it, hold RB to get aboard, and that's the end of the level.

Know Your Role...
- The first thing in this level is to claim a skull.
- SKULL: Black Eye - Go to the back of the ops-center to the locked door. Turn around. You will see two lights. The one on the right has a red beam behind it. Jump onto the light and then onto the steal beam. Turn right and jump onto the large pipe. Walk to the end of the pipe and claim the skull.
- Go down the stairs in the center of the room to reach the lower level. The soldiers will lead you to your next destination.
- Grab some weapons and ammo before heading out the door to your right following the soldier.
- You're in a cave area where you go up the stairs on the left and follow a few sets of stairs to the top where you enter into a small room. Two soldiers will approach you and say that they are with you. Go through the door at the back of the room holding RB to open the door.
- Take a right through the door and follow the hallway until you see a door with a green light on your left open the door. When you open the door you should see a Warthog get blown up.
- Take a left and kill all the enemies you encounter using cover where ever possible.
- TIP: Utilize the metal shield which you can stand behind and fire through the eye hole.
- When you reach a tanker truck on the right take a left through the open door way and exterminate the enemies.
- Go to the end of the corridor and take a left into a circular room where you will enter into a door on the right.
- You then enter a room with two doors. Go through either one and you will enter the hangar.
- You will see a Phantom dropping off troops. Take out the enemies up top closest to you then grab one of the turrets on either side of the top level. Press RB to man a turret, and then the B button to detach it.
- TIP: It's best to stay mobile with the turret. Make yourself a moving target.
- A few Phantoms will keep dropping off troops so just keep killing them and if your turret runs out of ammo just grab another one.
- A Pelican finally docks. Some troops will board the Pelican while you stay behind.
- At this point you're called back to the ops-center which requires you to backtrack. So, go back out the doors you came in and into the circular room where you will take a left out the door and then a right down the corridor. Take a right at the end of the corridor into the hallway where the warthog was destroyed. Go to the spot where it was destroyed and take a right. Then you take another right and follow the hallway to its end. Take a left into to the small room in the cave area.
- Once you reach the cave area Drones will attack from out of the vents. There will be a lot of them and they each have guns so take cover and blow them all away. They don't seem bad, but their large numbers combined with their guns equals a deadly combo.
- TIP: Stay in the small room at the top of the cave. Shoot from the front window and if your shields go down just move to the back of the room to let them regenerate.
- Once they're all gone go through the door at the bottom of the cave.
Gift With Purchase
- Take a left through the door and go back up the stairs to the ops-center. Johnson will tell you to follow him. He takes you to the top of the room where you will exit out the door.
- Follow the hallway to another door and exit the hallway through it into a room filled with Brutes. Take cover and start firing.
- TIP: Let the Brutes come to you. Don't charge into the room because there is a Brute Chieftain here as well. If you can make it through the room to the catwalk above you there is a Machine Gun Turret.
- Once all the Brutes are dead head to the back of the room and take a right through the open door.
- TIP: If you want the next Skull that is coming up pick up a Grav Lift before you leave, because you may need it.
- Take another right and head towards the collapsed end of the tunnel. There is a hole in the floor that you will fall through. Follow the corridor taking out the Drones that pop out. Stop at the end before you drop down the hole because there is another Skull here.
- SKULL: Grunt Birthday Party - This skull can be hard to get, but there are two ways to accomplish said feet. At the vent you're about to drop down into there is a pipe that is hard to see right below the ledge.
- TIP: Number two is recommended.
- You can drop down staying close to the ledge and push back on the left analog stick in hopes that you land on the pipe and then just follow the pipe to the skull. That is possible, but hard to do.
- You need a Grav Lift for this one. You have to drop down to the bottom and then place the Grav Lift. Use that to get back up and then get into the pipe that way.
- Either way can get you into the pipe and then just go to the end of it to claim the skull.
- After you drop down the hole go through the opening and drop again to the area below.
- Go through the door on the left. A short way into the room you will witness a soldier being slammed against a large pillar. Turn right. Go up the ladder and start killing from the high ground.
- TIP: You can stay on the ground, but going high gives you a bit of an advantage.
- Take cover and follow the room as you kill the Brutes. They will load you full of bullets at an extremely quick rate so take your time and clear an area before moving forward.
- TIP: On the upper catwalks there are a few ladders that lead into the ceiling. You can go up these and follow them until you drop down behind some Brutes for a sneak attack. Look out for the Brute with the Plasma Cannon because it's powerful. After he's dead take the Plasma Cannon for yourself.
- Go through the door at the end of the room, take a right, and exit the hallway through the door at the end.
- Take a left and head to the elevator. Hold RB to activate the elevator it takes a few seconds before it arrives and opens. Let everyone get on and then hold RB to activate the button on the right side of the elevator. Ride it to the top and then take a right when you get off the elevator.
- There are a bunch of Brutes on the platform below you. Take them out and watch out for the ones with Jump Packs. Take cover and try not to let the Jump Pack Brutes get on top of you.
- Go up the stairs to the right and through the open door. Follow the hallway until you exit through a door. Enter the small computer room.
- TIP: Here you will find a Cloaking. Take it as it can be useful later on.
- Jump out the window back to the platform below (You can take the stairs, but this is more fun.).
- A Pelican will pick everyone up, but you have to go back to the ops-center.
- On your right there should be some stairs going down. Follow them and then the corridor they lead you to.
Last One Out, Get the Lights
- At the end of the corridor go through the door on your right.
- Open the door on your left and kill the Grunt on the Plasma Cannon. You're looking at his side so he will not see you. Take the Plasma Cannon.
- TIP: There are a few Plasma Cannons in this area so you can keep picking them up as you go.
- Make your way through the area killing the Grunts and taking cover as needed.
- It will eventually open up to a larger room with two Plasma Cannons on the ground and snipers on the catwalk above you.
- TIP: Take cover outside the room as you take out the enemies. The Snipers up top can be just as damaging as the Plasma Cannons on the ground so treat them as they become a threat.
- Enter the room and go through the door on the left.
- Follow the hallway and open the door at the end which leads you to the ops-center. Take out the Brutes, but be careful there is a Brute Captain with a Fuel Rod Cannon so utilize cover until they are all dead.
- TIP:If you grabbed the Cloaking earlier use it and sneak up on the Brute Captain. Use a Melee attack to instantly kill him. The others will see you now, so start taking them out, and get into cover.
- Head over to the Bomb and hold RB to arm it. You now have to head back to the hangar from the beginning of the level.
- Go down the stairs and take a right. Kill any Grunts you may run into. Follow the stairs to the top of the cave area and go through the door in the small room. Take a right and follow the hallway. At the end of the hallway take a left through the open door and then take another left following the large corridor. Take a left at the tanker and go through the open door. Follow the hallway and take a left into the circular room. Go right and then head into the hangar.
- Go towards the back of the hangar. There will be enemies here, but you can just run and gun them.
- On the right you will find an opening with the elevator on the left. Enter the elevator and hit the button for it on the right.

Full Contact Safari
- Follow the soldiers through the doors to the Warthogs. Let the soldiers load up, and then get into the driver's seat.
- TIP: You could ride shotgun or on the turret, but the soldiers aren't good at driving so it's best that you drive.
- Drive left through the door that opens and follow the path through the cave. Towards the end of the cave you will encounter some Grunts and Jackals. Don't worry about them. Just keep driving and exit the cave through the large door into a more open area outdoors.
- Follow the dirt road taking a right at the downed Phantom. Just keep driving you do not have to stop and take out the enemies, but the soldiers will shoot them as you pass. Drive past a downed Sniper Post on the right or the left (it doesn't matter). Take a right at the still standing sniper post and go up the hill.
- At the top of the hill take a right and follow the path until you see a Phantom. The best thing to do is go left, not straight into the fight because you'll die very quickly. Drive around the outer edge of the canyon area running over any Grunts or Brutes in the way. Following the edge will take you straight back to the path you were on while allowing you to bypass the carnage in the center of the area.
- Once you're back on the path follow it until you see two metal bunkers and some gunfire.
- TIP: Keep driving around and making circles through the area. Run over anybody you can and let the soldier on the turret do all the hard work.
- To the left is a large blue shield blocking your exit. Drive over to the shield and make sure all the enemies are dead before you get out of the Warthog.
- Once out of the Warthog walk through the shield watching out for Drones.
- Inside walk to the shield control in the center and give it a melee attack. This will destroy the shield.
- Get back in your Warthog and drive on through. If you want the next skull you should stop just outside the tunnel on the other side.
- SKULL: Tough Luck - There will be a large pipe on your left with two yellow ladders. You need to jump over to the ladder on the right and climb it to the top of the pipe. There is a yellow fence on your right. Between the yellow fence and the cliff there is a small ledge you jump onto. Do that and then drop from that ledge onto a concrete beam below it. Follow the concrete beam and you will see a rock on the left that has the skull on it. Make the jump over to the rock and claim the skull. In order to get back all you have to do is jump back to the concrete beam and follow it to the grassy area. You will have to hug the pillar that stands in your way pretty tight to get around it, but it can be done. Jump up to the grass and walk under the highway. Take a right and follow along until you hit concrete. Jump on top of that and take a right. You are now back at your Warthog.
- TIP: Occasionally your Warthog might not be there. So just walk down the highway as you will abandon the Warthog in a short while anyway.
- Continue to drive down the highway. Have fun hitting the ramp, and then just after the ramp you have to stop.
- At this point you have to abandon the Warthog. Get out of it and walk to the edge of the road. On the left there will be a broken steal beam that the other soldiers run across. Follow along making the jump in the middle. Continue on with the soldiers.
The Broken Path
- Walk under the large structure. Here you will encounter some enemies. Take them out as they come and use cover.
- You will encounter one Brute and some Grunts in front of you take them out and go left. Continue to use cover as you kill your way through this area.
- TIP: There will be Brutes everywhere and there's one with a Fuel Rod Cannon. Let the first few come to you. After that pop out, fire some shots, and then get back to cover. Do this until the area is clear and then pick up ammo.
- Just when you think you're in the clear a Phantom will show up and drop off some more Brutes. This batch isn't to bad, but still take cover as you take them out.
- After this second wave of Brutes is dead a Wraith will show up.
- TIP: The best way to take out a Wraith is to get close to it while avoiding its gunfire. When you are close enough you can hold RB to jump on board (whether it's the front or back doesn't matter), and then hit LT to shove a grenade into it. Then just run away and avoid the explosion. This is extremely dangerous and can easily get you killed if you're not careful. If you don't want to do that toss grenades and/or possibly get your hands on the Fuel Rod Cannon which one of the Brute Captains will have dropped.
- When the Wraith and all enemies are down a Pelican will arrive and drop of a Warthog. Get in the driver's seat. Drive down the path and the soldier on the turret will deal with the Sniper Post. Just past the Sniper Post you will be attack by a few Brute Choppers and another Brute on a second Sniper Post.
- TIP: Ram them (not head on because that's bad for you) and let the gunners take care of the rest.
- To the right of the second sniper post will be a small cave. Drive through it to continue on.
- You will emerge with another highway on your right. Drive down and take out the two Brutes before they board their choppers then continue on down the highway hitting the jump.
- Just after the jump you will encounter another Brute Chopper coming at you from the right. Take it out.
- Go left and you will encounter a few Brute Choppers.
- TIP: Do not pass under the bridge yet, let them come to you. This can get tough, but it's best to take out the Choppers as they come. There is also a Wraith on top of the bridge that may start firing at you while you do this. Keep driving around and let the gunner deal with them.
- Once they have been dealt with go under the bridge. There will be an enemy turret to your right.
- TIP: You can let you gunner try and take care of it as you make a few passes or you can exit the Warthog, run up there, and shoot the Grunt inside.
- Around this time a Wraith shows up. Destroy it however you feel comfortable. You can use the hop on and grenade it method or you can try and use the enemy turret.
- TIP: The turret may make you a sitting duck and taking it on in the Warthog can be tough. It's up to you.
- At this point you need to continue on to your right where there's another turret up on the rocks. Take it out however you feel comfortable and then head up the rocks to the highway where you will encounter a Wraith.
- TIP: Go up the rocks as opposed to the dirt path so you can come in behind the Wraith and it's possible, but not guaranteed, that you will take less fire.
- Take out the Wraith however you feel comfortable. Depending on how you've handled this situation you may not have a Warthog. So, grab a vehicle and head down the highway.
- Drive until you hit a Brute blockade. Take them all out with your vehicle or the gunner on your vehicle. If you have neither you can take cover and gun them down.
- TIP: Grab a Beam Rifle or a Battle Rifle from one of the Brutes for the next blockade.
- Once they've been taken care of go along the road and you will see a downed Pelican. This is the second blockade.
- TIP: Use the beam rifle to take out the turret to the left before you venture to close. There are Brutes everywhere. Stay on the high ground and pick off as many as you can with a Battle Rifle or Beam Rifle before heading in closer.
- When you feel comfortable move in closer continue to take them out while taking cover as best you can. Go in on the left and take out any brutes left near the Pelican or by the turret. Then lob some grenades towards the blue shield area on your right to try and take out the Brutes over there. Kill your way to the blue shield around the tunnel opening.
- Walk through and destroy the device to bring down the shield to end the level.
THE STORM:

Ghost Town
- Follow the soldiers to the door and open it via the green button on the right. Once inside the next door on the right is locked. Go up the stairs to your left and take a right before the glass. Take another right and follow the path as it exits onto a catwalk in the next room which is filled with Grunts and Jackals. Take them out going for the Jackals first and then the Grunts.
- Hit the green button up the ramp to your right to open the gate for the Warthog. Then follow the catwalk down the stairs and hang a left to the next door. Hit the green button to open it. You will be met by more Jackals and Grunts. Take them out.
- TIP: Don't worry because the Warthog will do most of the work. One of them may get into one of the Ghosts at the end of the hallway so watch out for that.
- At the end of the hallway open the door on the left, and then get into one of the Ghosts.
- Go out the door and hang a left. Follow along the path along the building taking out enemies as they come by running them over and gunning them down. There will be a path off to your right that will lead to a small building in the middle of the area. Take out the enemies here and then get out of the Ghost. #Head inside and go up the stairs to the roof. Here you will find a Missile Pod. Use this to take out as many of the Ghosts and Wraiths below you as you can.
- TIP: If you want the next Skull you have to leave one Wraith intact until after you claim it, otherwise, the skull will disappear.
- When the Missile Pod is empty you'll have to head down into the dirt area. So hop back into your Ghost and get down there. Take out anything that is still a threat so you can get the next Skull.
- SKULL: Catch - Take out all the enemies except one Wraith, and then head to the silo located just off the base of the ramp where the second Wraith is. Here you have to do a grenade jump to get the skull because it's on top of the silo. So throw a grenade close to the base of the front of the silo, because it's the closest to the top, and jump over it just before it explodes. This will rocket you to the top of the silo where the skull resides.
- TIP: Some people like to get a Warthog, park it around the back of the silo, out of sight of the Wraith, and then do a grenade jump off of the Warthog. Do whatever works for you.
- Head towards the Wraith that's up the ramp to your left and take it out. Go through the door on the right. Take a Ghost in there and wipe everyone out that way.
- The stairs to your left is loaded with Brutes, but if your still in a Ghost just gun them down with that.
- Go up the stairs, pull a u-turn at the top of the stairs, and follow the path with the pipes. You will meet up with some soldiers. Grab the turret and take it with you as some Drones are about to appear. Take them out and take cover.
- Head down the steps to the door. Follow the long open corridor where you'll be hit with a Cortana flash. After that, head towards the Mongooses and jump in the driver's seat.
- Drive out the door that opens and take a left down the ramp into the lake bed. There are Wraiths, Ghosts, and Choppers here so keep moving and let the soldier with the rocket launcher do the work.
- TIP: The soldier has good aim so all the enemies here are easy to take out so just stay mobile and rely on the soldier.
Judgment
- A Scarab shows up! It's big and bad, but again let the gunner do most of the work. You have to take out the legs so that it will crouch down and you can get inside. So stay mobile and let the gunner take out the legs.
- When one of the legs is down you will hear a beeping sound. When you hear this the Scarab will lower itself to the ground. You need to get to the lowered area of the Scarab and jump on board.
- Once on board head towards the back of the Scarab and deal with any enemies you may encounter. Grab one of the Plasma Cannons on the side of the Scarab and take it with you. If you just use the walkways on the side of the Scarab you will eventually find a red area with a blue shield at the back of Scarab. Destroy the shield and then keep firing. It will eventually flash red and someone will say get away it's going to blow. Do just that. Run and jump off the Scarab. Get a safe distance away and you will be able to witness its destruction from afar.
- After that a Pelican will fly in and drop off the Arbiter. Head towards the ramp and the Arbiter.
- Follow the soldiers to the right at the top of the ramp. Go through the door and continue to follow the Arbiter. You will eventually reach a place where you will see soldiers taking fire from Brutes.
- Join in the fight and take out as many Brutes as you can before you head forward in the large warehouse area. Follow the Brute attacks to make your way through the room. There's no real strategy here besides killing and taking cover as needed.
- You will eventually come to large door that opens. You will see people getting attacked and then an explosion as two Hunters enter.
- TIP: Fire on the Hunters aiming for their orange parts because the rest of them is unable to be penetrated by bullets. There's orange on their heads and on their backs. Remember to utilize cover as you take out the Hunters. Try and let them attack other people and then you can sneak up behind them and shoot them a few times.
- Once they are down go out the opened door and take out the Grunts and the Brutes.
- TIP: There's a Brute Chieftain with a Grav Hammer so look out for him.
- When they have been dispatched take a right and follow the path set out for you by the buildings.
- At the end of the path you will see the Anti-Air Cannon on top of the hill. You need to make your way to the top of the hill. Just follow the dirt path, but be careful because the closer you get the more enemies you will encounter. It starts with Grunts and Jackals on your way up.
- At the top under the Anti-Air Cannon there are some Brutes.
- TIP: Be careful taking them out as there is a Brute Captain with a Fuel Rod Cannon. At the top of the hill go right and take out the Brutes first then deal with the Grunts who will be panicked and easy to pick off.
- When all the enemies are down it is time to take care of the Anti-Air Cannon. Get underneath it and get ready to shoot. When it fires an orb emerges from the bottom of the cannon. When that orb emerges pump it full of bullets. When it's destroyed the level ends.

It Followed Me Home
- Head back down the hill you came up in the last mission and head back towards the buildings.
- SKULL: Fog - As soon as you reach the bottom of the hill look at the burning building on the right. Look to the roof and you will see a Flood. He is going to jump from this roof across to the next one. You have to shoot and kill him because he has the skull.
- TIP: Use your battle rifle to zoom in and shoot him down. This can be very hard to do, but don't worry if you miss. You are able to just restart the mission which takes you back to the top of the hill. So all you have to do is walk down and try again.
- Follow the path through the buildings and once you reach the large door to the building you will see a group of soldiers get attack by Flood. Start killing Flood. They will come at you hard and fast so shoot them as fast as possible, but if they get to close use a melee attack to take them down.
- Once they've been dealt with jump onto the platform on your right and use the entrance up the stairs. You will see a soldier getting attacked by Flood. When he changes kill him and continue forward.
- You will find a set of stairs down into the warehouse area. It is infested with Flood. Kill the Flood as you make your way through the warehouse.
- TIP: Follow the open doors and guide arrows on the screen to help you. It shouldn't be too bad because you've been here before.
- When you reach the catwalk jump up there and grab the Flamethrower. Then follow the catwalk into a white room and drop through the hole in the floor.
- After the Cortana flash go out the door and follow the Arbiter. You will enter the hallway with the rusty metal dividers. Follow it and as you do Flood will come around the corners at you. Burn them and keep following the guide arrow and/or the Arbiter until you get outside.
Shadow of Intent
- After the short cutscene your gaze will be on the Flood down below you. Make your way to the Flood. Don't kill the Elites as they are on your side.
- Continue forward through the rocky area and go up the ramp exterminating the Flood as they come. Take a right at the top of the ramp and go inside.
- Follow the corridor and continue to take out the flood as you go. You will reach a room with a catwalk above you that the Flood jump down from. Kill them and use the stairs on either side of the room to make your way up onto the catwalk. Use this to get to the next room where you will go back outside via the open door.
- Keep killing the Flood.
- TIP: There will be a Machine Gun Turret to your left. Use it.
- Continue forward. You can use the rocky area on the left or stay on the walkway to the right. It doesn't really matter. As long as you're being attacked by Flood you're going the right way.
- Eventually, you will reach burning ship wreckage on your left. Jump down to it and follow the Arbiter. You will eventually see your guide arrow up a piece of wreckage that looks like a ramp. Head up there and jump into the glowing orange hole.
Infinite Devil Machine
- Follow the path inside. You will be stopped by the voice of Gravemind, much like a Cortana flash, but creepier. You will drop down another hole shortly after his first interruption.
- Keep following the path until you reach a large room with a glowing purple object in the center. Jump up to it and hold RB in order to get Cortana.

Installation 00
- Follow the path along the side of the mountain with the soldiers. You will eventually reach a Covenant camp on your right. Take up position and start sniping.
- TIP: Take out the Brutes first. The Grunts will run around in a panic and you can conserve sniper ammo by just jumping down and taking them out at close range.
- When they are all taken care off go to the other side of the camp. Take a left and go through the cave.
- You will come into another Covenant camp where a Phantom looms overhead. Take up position again, but this time look above you on the Anti-Air Cannon structure and take out the Jackal Sniper. Then turn your attention to the Brutes and Grunts below.
- After the area is clear a Phantom flies in and drops of two Hunters.
- TIP: Stay on the high ground and try and take them out with your Sniper Rifle and your Battle Rifle (If you just don't feel like doing that you can drop down and do a run and gun with your rifle.). A few shots in the back with a Sniper Rifle will take down a Hunter, but you have to keep moving and taking cover as they will fire at you.
- Once the Hunters are down stay to the right and head along the path up the mountain. Here you will deal with some Grunts and a Brute Captain.
- When they are done continue up the path and enter the cave on your right. Go forward, drop down, and enter the door on your right.
- Terminal 1: As soon as you enter the underground metallic hallway turn left and enter the door. On your right there will be a pillar that opens when you approach it. It reveals a large glowing orb. Hold RB to access the terminal. You can read what it says. Keep hitting the A button to move things along. In the lower left you will see a green arrow pointing up. Once you've read everything the arrow will turn red and point left. When this happens you can hit the B button and exit the terminal. At some point the screen will turn red. Don't exit the terminal when this happens. There is more to read. Only exit the Terminal when the arrow turns red. When your done go back out to the first hallway.
- Follow the short metallic hallway and go through the door at the end. It will take you back outside. Walk to the ledge and you will see a downed Pelican with a Brute and a few Grunts. Jump down to it and start taking them out.
- After they're down look to the ledge in front of the Pelican and you will see another Brute and some more Grunts. Take them out.
- TIP: You may want to grab the Rocket Launcher that is lying just outside the back of the Pelican.
- Look to the sand dune behind the Pelican and eventually a Prowler will come speeding over it. Stay out of its way and use the Rocket Launcher to take it out. A second one will show up so use the rocket launcher on it as well. Now that you're out of rockets grab something else and jump on a Mongoose.
- Head up over the dune that the Prowlers came over and you will encounter some Choppers, Ghosts, and just ahead of them on the path are some Grunts and a Brute on foot.
- TIP: Hang back in the open area and take out the Choppers and Ghosts first. Then take out the troops that are on foot.
- Grab a Ghost or a Chopper if at all possible then drive around the wreckage ahead of you and continue on.
- You will pass some more wreckage on your right. Take out the few Grunts here and head forward off the drop.
- There will be a large open area in front of you. Avoid that for now and take a right. Here you will have to take out two Ghosts.
- SKULL: Famine - After the Ghosts are down look at the grey walkway and find the section underneath where there is an open gap to the top. Find the boulders in that open section and climb them the level of the walkway. Once at the top you will have to jump onto a small black sliver of metal that runs along the edge of one of the support beams. You are now on the walkway so go to the last support beam near where you entered the canyon. This is the tough part. Look at the area of the support that reaches out over the edge. It's hard to see, but the skull is sitting out there on the beam. The only way to reach it is with a grenade jump. Position a grenade towards the edge of the walkway, run and jump just as it blows, and hopefully you will be able to land in the middle of the beam in order to claim the skull.
- Continue on the path up the hill. As soon as you take a left you will run into two Ghosts, a Brute, and some Jackals. Take out the Ghosts and then worry about the Brute and Jackal.
- Go through the cave on your right. This opens up to a canyon area where there is a Sniper Post on your left and a Wraith on your right with another Sniper Post behind it.
- TIP: Take out the Wraith first. Gun it down with your Ghost or get out and shove a grenade in it. Afterwards three Ghosts will show up deal with them as they come. Take out the first Sniper Post back towards the entrance and then deal with the one that was by the Wraith.
- There are two more Wraiths here, but deal with the Brutes to your left first.
- TIP: There will be a Brute Captain with a Fuel Rod Cannon, a few Brutes, and a Grunt will jump on a Plasma Cannon, so keep moving to avoid the attacks. Take out the Brute Captain and, surprisingly enough, the Grunt on the Plasma Cannon before the other Brutes.
- Once they're down concentrate on the Wraiths.
- TIP: Try to stay behind them and shoot them in the back for easy kills.
- After they're destroyed a Pelican drops off soldiers and a large drop ship delivers Scorpions and Warthogs.
Forward Unto Dawn
- Jump in a Scorpion. You've earned it. Let a few soldiers hop on the sides and roll out. You have to back track down the hill.
- Here you will encounter two Ghosts and two Prowlers. They are easily defeated by the Scorpion. Blow them apart with your cannon and drive up to the large cave where two Hunters will run out. Deal with them, easily, and drive through the cave.
- Outside the cave a Phantom will drop off some troops and a Sniper Post. You actually have the firepower to take down the Phantom if you want. Deal with the Sniper Post and the troops then head back down the hill to the area where you got the skull.
- Here you'll run into two ghosts followed by a Wraith and a few more Ghosts as well as a Sniper Post. They are no match for the Scorpion so easily take them all out.
- Once they're all gone take a right at the Sniper Post into the canyon area you originally passed up. Stick to the left as you enter the area and deal with the two Ghosts that attack. Then take out the two Wraiths just beyond them. Avoid the Wraith attacks because they can be detrimental to your Scorpion.
- After that you can blow up the two Choppers that are driving around. Once they have been dealt with take care of the blockade at the entrance to the bridge.
- When you're on the bridge deal with the Wraith first and then just start blasting everything so that you can drive on through.
- At the end of the bridge there are two turrets to take out.
- At this point you have to get out of the Scorpion to go through the door on the left.
- Keep moving forward down the ramp following the Guilty Spark/Monitor (From here on out he will be referred to as Guilty Spark.). Go through the door that he opens for you. He leads you to a control which you need to activate to lower a bridge.
- Terminal 2: This terminal is right behind the switch for the bridge. So just turn around, go on over, and read what it has to say. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit.
- Exit through the door that the Guilty Spark opens on your right. Go through the next room which just leads to another. A door will open shining the bright light from outside. Exit through this door just in time to have a Scarab walk right over you.
- Off to your right a Warthog will pull up. Jump in the driver's seat and let the driver get on the gun before you take off. Let the gunner deal with the Ghost and then head down the path it came from.
- Shortly thereafter you'll run into two more Ghosts.
- The path will eventually lead you to a much larger open area where the Scorpions will be exiting the building on the left and you'll have numerous hostiles to your right including Wraiths, Ghosts, and Choppers.
- Jump in one of the Scorpions and start blowing things up.
- TIP: Try to take out the Wraiths first, and then you can focus on the Ghosts and Choppers.
- Eventually the Scarab will show up. It's the same as last time. Shoot at the joints in the legs. It will eventually go down coinciding with a beeping sound. Jump on the lowered part of the Scarab and head around to the back of it blasting any enemies in your way. Blast the blue shield and then the red core. When it starts flashing, jump off the Scarab, and it will blow.
- TIP: Go to the bunker in the middle of the area. Underneath it and in the middle you'll find a Grav Lift. Take it if you want the next Skull that comes later in the level.
- Go up the ramp next to the where the Scarab went down and clear out the enemies.
- TIP: You can't take it all the way, but you can drive a Scorpion up the first ramp to help you take out the enemies here. There are some Brutes, Grunts, and Jackals.
- Follow the Guide arrow to the top of the ramps where you'll meet the Arbiter. Head into the open door that lies dead ahead.
Real Men Don't Read Maps
- Take a left through the door that the Guilty Spark has just opened. In the next room there are some sleeping Grunts.
- TIP: Use your melee attack to take them out silently. There will be a Brute near a door that is at the back of the room on the right. He will be facing away from you so you can melee him too.
- Go through the door the Brute was standing by and follow the path to your left and down the ramp. Take another left at the bottom of the ramp and follow the hallway. Go through the door on your left. Below your position you will see a Grunt on patrol. You can ignore him as he'll leave the room. Go down the ramp.
- Terminal 3: Walk around back of the ramp you just came down and find the door the leads underneath it. Here you'll find terminal three. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit.
- Either door in this room will lead to the next where you'll find sleeping Grunts. There should be a Brute wandering around here too.
- TIP: You can melee most of the Grunts before the Brute will get wise and show up.
- Once they've been dealt with take the door on the lower level.
- SKULL: Cowbell - Stop at the bottom of the ramp and look to your left. Then look up. You will see a bunch of nooks. The skull is at the top and the only way to get it is with a Grav Lift. So deploy your Grav Lift in the middle of the ramp and jump on up to the top to grab the skull.
- TIP: If you don't get it you can load from last save because you hit a checkpoint as soon as you walked through the door at the top of the ramp.
- Go down the ramp and follow the hallway to a room filled with Brutes and Jackals. Take them out from cover. Throw grenades to where they are on the radar and then pop out and shoot them.
- Exit through the door on the left at the back of the room and head out onto the large platform. In the center of the platform you have to activate the cartographer.
- When the Phantom shows up head back inside to the room you just left. Here you will encounter some Grunts and Brutes. One of the Brutes has a Plasma Cannon so look out for him. Take cover, use grenades, and pop out to take them down.
- Follow the Guilty Spark out the door and head down the ramp. Follow the ramps down into a room with a purple beam originating from its center.
- TIP: This room is full of Brute Stalkers, who are basically invisible Brutes. They are cloaked, but it's distorted just enough so that you can see it if you look. If you stand still you'll see them eventually.
- Jump down and take out the Brutes.
- Go out the door at the back of the room.
- You'll be able to see six Jump Pack Brutes and a Brute Chieftain. This next area is tough so be prepared.
- Go left and take out the two Jackals in the hallway leading down. Once outside, circle around on the platform path to get closer to the Brutes.
- TIP: Try and take out the Chieftain first, but watch out for his Grav Hammer. When he charges you just backtrack and keep shooting until he goes down. Pick up the Grav hammer to take out the Jump Pack Brutes that remain. Utilize cover here because without it you'll die fast. Stay in cover and let the Brutes come to you. When one gets close pop out and beat him down with the Grav hammer.
- Once all the Brutes are dead two Jackal Snipers show up. Deal with them and then a Pelican will arrive which ends the level.
THE COVENANT:

Trident
- As soon as you get off the Pelican you'll be wielding a Spartan Laser.
- TIP: Save the Spartan Later for later. It's a very powerful and great for taking out vehicles later on.
- Take out the Grunts and Brutes in the area. They come at you immediately so take what cover you can as you wipe them out.
- Just past the first set of rocks are two Covenant turrets.
- TIP: If you want to use the Spartan Laser here feel free, otherwise, use grenades and your Battle Rifle. Take out the turrets and any enemies in your way.
- Just past the turrets you will encounter a Wraith and a few Brutes, one of which has a Fuel Rod Cannon, so look out. Take out the Brutes, but don't worry about the Wraith yet as it shouldn't even bother you.
- Once the Brutes are down take out the Wraith however you feel comfortable.
- TIP: Shoot it in the back because it won't even turn around to acknowledge you.
- Just past the Wraith you will see a Pelican that drops off a Mongoose and a Warthog. Jump in whichever one you want.
- Go forward and follow the rocks around the bend. Drive up the hill into the woods and you'll encounter two Ghosts and a Turret. Let the gunner take them out, and then grab a Ghost if you want. Continue forward along the forest path.
- You'll eventually encounter two more Ghosts. Take them out and if you haven't done so grab a Ghost.
- If you look to your left you'll see a Wraith down in the water.
- TIP: You can drive down and take it on with a Ghost, or, if you still have the Spartan Laser, you can fire at it from the top of the hill. Two shots with the Spartan Laser will take it out.
- Once the Wraith is taken care of head down the path to the water.
- There is a turret up on the cliff just beyond where the Wraith was, and two Prowlers will emerge from the building. Stay mobile and take out the gunners on the Prowlers and then the drivers. Then turn your attention to the turret. On the hill where the turret is there will be a Grunt and a Jackal Sniper, so watch out for them as well.
- When everyone has been dealt with drive towards the large structure in the middle and you should find a ramp that leads down inside. The ramp is populated with numerous enemies which includes a turret inside the entrance. Just pull up in your Ghost and start blasting them.
- After everyone is dead get out of the vehicle and head inside.
- Enter the door and go into the room. Here you will need to deal with a few Brutes, Jackals, and Grunts. Start with the enemies at the center of the room and take cover as enemies seem to pop out from everywhere here. Look out for the Grunts on the catwalk above you. Toss grenades into the center, pop out, and fire off some shots.
- After everyone has been taken care of go through the door at the back of the room. Head up the ramp to your right and start taking out more enemies. Throw some grenades up into the area where they are and keep shooting.
- When they're dead you can jump up to where they where or take the ramp to the left. Once up top take a right onto the catwalk where the Grunts where shooting from. Here you'll see a control panel, but don't active it just yet if you want to get the next Terminal.
- Terminal 4: To the left of the control panel there will be a gap that you need to jump. Jump over the gap and look to your right. You will see the terminal. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit. Jump back to the elevator control.
- Activate the control panel to start the elevator and ride it to the top. Here you will find a few Brutes, one of which is a Brute Chieftain. Toss a grenade and shoot the Chieftain until he dies and then hang back. Take your time in dealing with the other Brutes as you move forward. After they've been dealt with head to the glass window at the end of the room and hit the button.
- Get back on the elevator and head back down to a room that, once again, has some killing for you to do. Take out the enemies and exit the building going back out to your vehicle.
- Drive back through the forest path all the way to the beach. Here there will be some Hornets waiting for you. Jump in a Hornet because it's time to fly!
If You Want It Done Right...
- Get used to the controls and then fly to the Third tower where the battle is taking you.
- TIP: If you want the next Terminal and Skull fly to the second tower that the Arbiter dealt with. It's just off to your right. It's easy to spot as it's built into the side of the mountain.
- Terminal 5: Fly to the second tower. As you near it the Arbiter will even say that the second tower is clear and there's no reason for you to be there. Land your Hornet by one of the entrances and exit the vehicle. Go down the open hallway and stop at the door. Turn around and there's another Terminal. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit.
- SKULL: Thunderstorm - Walk up the giant ramp at the center of the tower. At the end of the ramp is the Skull. Now you can get back in your Hornet.
- Get into the action and follow the violence to the third tower that will be off to your right (there should also be a guide arrow on screen). There are Banshees buzzing about so use your Machine Gun and Rocker Launcher to deal with them. Just keep moving and they shouldn't be a problem. There will also be a Phantom which you have the firepower to take down, so feel free.
- Once you get close enough to the tower there will be three Anti-Air Wraiths trying to take you out from the ground. Destroy them and watch out for their attacks. The Wraith in the middle has a turret on either side of it so take them out as well.
- When the Wraiths are gone take out any enemies that remain on the tower. I recommend not landing until all enemies are dead.
- Land the Hornet on or near the tower and head up the ramp to meet up with the Arbiter. Head inside.
- When you head through the door it will look familiar as it is exactly the same as the tower you where in earlier. Drones will drop from the ceiling and you'll have two Hunters on the ground to deal with. Use cover heavily here to take down the Drones.
- TIP: When the drones are down try to flank around one of the side corridors to get behind the hunters and shoot them in the back while they charge the other soldiers.
- When the Hunters are down go through the door at the back of the room and up the ramp to the left. Here you'll encounter a few Brutes. Kill them and go up the ramp that they came down.
- Take a left and go onto the catwalk with the control panel for the elevator. Here more Drones will drop on you. Take out the drones, but don't activate the elevator if you wan to get the next Terminal.
- Terminal 6: Jump across the gap at the end of the catwalk and look to your left. There's the Terminal. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit. Jump back the elevator control.
- Hit the button and ride the elevator to the top. Here you will encounter a few Brute Stalkers and a Brute Chieftain with a Plasma Cannon. Stay behind the glass and throw grenades to take down the Chieftain. Then move out and take down the Brute Stalkers.
- Hit the button by the big window to activate a cutscene.
- Deal with the Flood that are now in the room and use the elevator the get back down to the Arbiter. Help the Arbiter deal with the Flood downstairs and head back outside. Go down the ramp and take a right.
- There should be a Warthog, a Scorpion, and a Mongoose. Take the Scorpion and drive forward up the hill.
Journey's End
- Deal with the Prowler and the Brutes on the path and then continue on. Just down the hill you'll run into a Sniper Post, two Ghosts, and a Turret. It's nothing the Scorpion can't handle. Continue on and take care of the next batch of the same. Then just keep following the snowy pass.
- After the second Sniper Tower you'll take a right and run into a third Sniper Tower and a Wraith. Take them out and keep rolling.
- Eventually some Hornets will land in front of you. Take one of the Hornets and get airborne.
- Two Scarabs will show up. This will get kind of tricky so fly over to the first one on the left and try to take out any enemies that are on it with the Hornet.
- TIP: Fly over the top of it and jump out of the Hornet in midair. You should land on the Scarab, and, hopefully, your Hornet will fall to the ground (this may not be so). Once on the Scarab go to the back of it and blast its core until it starts flashing. Jump off and get away. If your Hornet is on the ground and not destroyed by the Scarab's destruction hop in it. Use it to repeat your actions and take down the second Scarab. If your Hornet isn't there grab a Warthog or a Mongoose and drive to the snowy hill next to the second Scarab. You can successfully drive the vehicle up the hill and ramp it onto the Scarab. This feet is not hard to accomplish and it makes you feel like you're the man. Once you're on top get out of your vehicle and head to the back to destroy it the same as the other one.
- When both Scarabs are down head towards the large ramp in the center of the area to meet up with the Arbiter. Guilty Spark will activate the bridge to the other side. Make your way across and down the hallway.
Revelation
- The Flood is now on your side, so make your way across the bridge and take out the enemies as you go.
- TIP: You'll encounter a few with Fuel Rod Cannons, so keep an eye out for them. You can hang back, let the Flood attack, and then move in to mop things up.
- At the end of the bridge you'll enter a room. Go through the door in the room onto another bridge. Here you'll encounter some Brutes and a Brute Chieftain. Again, let the Flood charge. After this you'll enter another small room which leads you out onto another bridge. The Brutes here are already dead.
- TIP: Before you go up the ramp at the end of the bridge you can get another Skull.
- SKULL: IWHBYD - This one is kind of ridiculous, and you actually have to jump through hoops to get it. The three bridges that you just crossed all have the glowing rings on them. There are seven in total. The one from the very beginning is number 1, then the next one is number 2, and this continues until number seven. They are spread out across all three bridges and you have to jump through them in a certain order. Once you do this the skull will appear. You need to jump through them in this order: 4, 6, 5, 4, 5, 3, and 4. If you get screwed up just start the order again. Once you've completed the sequence the skull will be on the third bridge by the switch for the light bridge.
- Activate the light bridge for a cutscene.
- The Flood are evil once again. So backtrack across all the bridges and kill any Flood that stand in your way.
- You will come to a room with a glowing purple hole against the back wall. Jump down the hole to end the level.
CORTANA

Rampant
- Follow the path in front of you and kill the Flood in your way. Take a left at the pulsating sack on the wall and follow that to a door on your right. Here you'll encounter more Flood, so exterminate them and go through the door.
- TIP: It won't look like a door, but it's a fleshy circle that's closed in the wall.
- Gravemind will interrupt you much in the way Cortana does, and be prepared because this happens throughout the level.
- Continue forward through the fleshy tunnel and you will reach a hole in the ground that opens up. Jump down it and kill all the Flood that will attack you from the high ground to your right.
- Once they're down follow the path up to the high ground where you where attacked from, but be careful because this area is littered with Flood.
- TIP: The best thing to do is to stay at the top of the path, throw some grenades, shoot a few and then drop back to the area below to grab some more ammo. Repeat this until all the Flood have been dealt with.
- TIP: Look to the left and you'll see an opening to the outside. Out there is a Pelican with some guns. If you go out there you can grab a Shotgun or a Rocket Launcher. The most important thing is to simply note where this is as you will have to run back to it at the end of the level.
- Go to the back of the area and on the right you'll find another tunnel. Follow it and go through another circular door. You'll be interrupted by Gravemind and Cortana, but you'll eventually find another circular door. Go through that door and hang a right where you'll encounter more Flood. They aren't a real problem so take them out and go left. Follow this hallway until you reach another hole in the ground.
- Drop down the hole and go through the open door in this room. You'll encounter another large dose of the Flood.
- TIP: Take them out as they come at you. Don't charge into this room to quickly, and keep an eye out for the ones up on the walls that shoot the white stuff at you. Let the Flood come to you because it's easier to take down a small wave of them than an entire room full.
- After they're all dead there's a Skull to find.
- SKULL: Tilt - From the entrance to the room walk straight to the purple platform in the center. Look left and you'll see platforms that emerge from the walls that look like strange growths. You have to jump up these. There's a purple beam that juts out close to the platform on the left. Jump on the beam and then onto the top of the vertical protrusion at the end of the beam. Once on top of that you will be able to jump to the first platform on the left, and then up to the top of that platform. Then when you're on top look to your left and you'll see two more platforms. Jump up to those and then walk to your right across the large tentacle looking thing. The skull will be on the floor to your left.
- Head straight to the back of the room and you'll find another hallway. Continue forward down the hallway and take out the Flood as they show up. Use them as a guide down the hallway (If you're killing Flood you're on the right path.).
- You will eventually be interrupted, again, by Gravemind. Just after that you'll enter another circular door into a large room with a few levels.
- Each level of this room will have Flood on it. So, when entering this room take cover and kill the Flood as they become a priority. Quite a few will charge you so take them out. Move into the room and take out any other Flood that come at you. Take out any Flood Crawling on the walls before you move on.
- When the coast is clear of Flood on the ground and anything crawling on the walls walk to the left side of the room. There will be a ramp heading up. Walk up the ramp and follow the path. You will eventually come to a spot where you have to jump a gap. You will jump from a piece of metal to the rock looking thing on the other side. From this walk forward and go to your right. Follow the small corridor up and around to the top level of the room.
- Here you are bound to encounter more Flood that you didn't see from the ground. Take them out. At the end of the corridor you'll see another circular door across the room from you. That's where you're heading. Turn left and deal with the Flood as you make your way along the path. You'll eventually reach another gap that you have to jump in order to reach the door. Do so and enter the door.
- You will find yourself in another hallway. Walk through it and you'll be interrupted by a Cortana/Gravemind combo flash.
- After that you'll hit another circular door. Head on through.
- You will enter an enormous room with four large towers hanging from the ceiling. As soon as you enter the one closest to you on the right will blow up.
- After that hang a right and follow the outer structure. Kill any Flood that stand in your way and you'll eventually reach a bridge on your left that goes out into the center of the room.
- Kill the Flood in the center of the area.
- TIP: Be careful because it's a small area and there are a lot of Flood here. Toss some grenades out there and gun them down from a distance. Then go out to the center of the room.
- Take the narrow bridge on your right and you'll reach another metal walkway. Follow that and go through the first door on your right.
- You'll be interrupted by Cortana and Gravemind, but ignore it and just keep going straight through a bunch of doors.
- You will eventually enter a room with a glowing ball in the middle. Go up to the ball, smash it with a melee attack until it breaks, and a cutscene will start.
Nor Hell A Fury...
- Make your way back to the enormous room you just left and kill the Flood in your way because you're fighting for two now.
- Head back across the narrow bridge and press the button on the console located in the center of the room. This will expose the reactors. There will be guide arrows pointing right at them. Shoot or throw grenades at them in order to destroy them all the while keeping an eye out for the Flood who will be attacking you. Once all three are destroyed it's time to hightail it out of there.
- The door across the first narrow bridge will blow open as Flood pop out. Go through that door and you'll drop down a hole.
- Once you've dropped down the hole hang a right and start making your way back through the ship.
- TIP: Use the guide arrows to help you find your way as you backtrack through the level. You will still be confronted by the Flood so kill them as you run through the level or, if you want, can can just run by them.
- When you reach the room where you found the last Skull go towards the door you originally entered the room through and just inside of it a hole will blow open in the wall to your right. There is, of course, plenty of Flood to deal with, but just take them out and go through the hole in the wall.
- In the wall go right and then hang a left into the gooey orange tunnel. Follow that and you'll come to a hole in the ground. Drop down the hole and go through the circular door. There should be a guide arrow to help you out, but just keep killing Flood and moving forward. Through this room you'll come to another circular door.
- Go through that and follow the path until you emerge into a room with the Arbiter. Just behind the Arbiter there is an opening that goes outside to the Pelican from earlier. Get outside and into the Pelican to end the level.

Full Circle
- Walk with the Arbiter along the snowy path until you reach the cave.
- SKULL: Mythic - As soon as you enter the cave keep your eyes on the right side of the wall. You'll eventually see a small opening. Follow that opening to find the skull.
- Follow the cave until you find some large metallic support beams above you. Stop! There's a Terminal here.
- Terminal 7: When you hit the metal floor turn right and go up the hunks of ice. You will find a wall supported by more beams. Jump on the lower beam and follow it into a room. Look to your left and you'll see the last Terminal. Remember to read (or just keep hitting A) until the arrow in the lower left turns red. Then hit B to exit. Head back to the cave.
- Follow the cave outside. You'll see a large metallic structure in the center of this area just as the Flood show up to kill you.
- TIP: Stick close to the Arbiter as he can be a big help here because there is an insane amount of Flood.
- Keep killing Flood as they come at you and make your way around to the right side of the big metal building. Head up the path on the right side of the building.
- At the top of the hill take a left onto the large metal walkway on the side of the building. This circles around the building, goes up a ramp, circles around again, and then goes up another ramp. The entire time you are making your way up the building you will be bombarded by all different types of Flood. So keep picking up weapons and ammo as well as watching all around you.
- When you reach to top of the building there will be a large door, but you will not be able to enter until you dispatch another group of Flood. They will come at you from the right and then you'll have a short pause to grab more ammo and guns. Then they'll come at you from the left.
- Once that's done the door will open. Go inside and walk down the hallway. Take a left (there should be a guide arrow) and enter the door. Through the door you'll go right, walk down the hall, take another right, go through a door, and take a left. At this door a cutscene should start.
- The Guilty Spark is out to kill you. At first all you can do is avoid his attacks. He fires a laser which is easy to avoid by just moving right or left (Be sure not to walk of the platform and die because it is a possibility.). If you get to close to him he will use a blast to knock you back. After a while Johnson will fire his Spartan Laser at Guilty Spark. After this go and Grab the Spartan Laser from Johnson. Continue to avoid the laser attacks from Guilty Spark, and it should only take three hits with the Spartan Laser to take him down.
The Way the World Ends
- This place is going to blow, so get back outside. Backtrack through the halls and deal with the Flood you encounter.
- As soon as you get outside go up the hill of ice to your right. Kill any flood that get into your way and follow the path. There should be a guide arrow to help you. At the end of the path there is a door on your right.
- Go in that door and then hang a right inside. Follow the path until you reach a hallway on your right. Go down the hall and keep wiping out the Flood. At the end of the hall you find a door.
- Go through the door to find Johnson's Warthog. Get in the driver's seat.
- Drive down the path until you see a metal platform in front of you blow up. When that happens hang a right. This will take you to a large metal platform. This platform will have explosions as you drive over it as well as chunks of the floor falling out. Be careful and follow the guide arrow to reach the other side.
- At the end of the platform you'll reach a wall. Hang a right and drive along the path. Run over any Flood that stands in your way. When you reach the end of the path you'll have to ramp the Warthog off of it and onto another large metal platform below.
- Here the floor will again drop out at certain points, so avoid the holes and drive into the tunnel. In the tunnel beams fall from the ceiling and they can block your path if you don't drive under them fast enough.
- TIP: Stick to the left or right side of the tunnel and avoiding the middle.
- Exit the tunnel onto another metal platform with holes in the floor.
- When you reach a wall hang a left and follow the path around. Run over any Flood in your way. When you reach the end of the path ramp the Warthog off onto another large metal platform, again, watching out for the holes that appear in the ground. Just keep driving towards the guide arrow.
- You eventually ramp off the platform onto another path full of Flood that circles around. Follow it and ramp off the end of it to reach another metal platform that leads into another tunnel.
- The tunnel eventually ramps you onto another metal platform that blows up around you. Follow the guide arrow off to the right and keep avoiding holes.
- At one point you will see a large beam fall towards you. When this happens stick to the left, but not to far to the left as there will be a hole in the floor. Just keep following the guide arrow. You will eventually see the ship you need to be on in the distance. Drive towards it, gun it down the ramp, and you'll launch yourself into the hangar of the ship.
- Congratulations! You beat Halo 3.
