Pigeon Mission This secret mission does not take too much time as the birds are not randomly generated. So if you don't feel like killing pigeons now, you can always make a note of where they were and come back to them later on in the game. There are 200 birds total, and after you kill all 200 you unlock the Annihilator Helicopter and reign death from above. It seems that the helicopter only has bullets so unfortunately you can't blow anything up with missiles. Completing this secret mission also increases your completion level 2.5%.

Story Nico comes to America from an Eastern Europe in hopes of living out the American dream. However, he begins working for a criminal organization due to his cousin's influences. Unlike the past Grand Theft Auto games, Nico is directly affected emotionally by his crimes and you see his progression into madness and regret throughout GTA IV.

The Map This is the most extensive map in the Grand Theft Auto series yet covering the fictionalized Liberty City (based off of New York City), Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and even parts of Jersey. The pigeons are scattered throughout the map.
