George Mason Patriots Men's Basketball

The George Mason Patriots Men's Basketball team plays in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) in the NCAA. In 2006 the basketball team was the Cinderella team in the NCAA Tournament with a Final Four victory.The team will make another attempt this year in the NCAA tourney.
