Gears of War 2 Screenshots

A number of screenshots and images are available for Gears of War 2. In the sequel to 2006's Gears of War, the battle between human COG forces and the Locust continues. The Locusts now have the ability to consume entire cities at once and human forces have created devices called grind lifts to bring the fight directly to the Locust hordes underground. The game features a full single-player campaign, as well as several multiplayer modes. These include Wingman, where five 2-man teams face off against one another; Guardian, in which taking out the opposing team's leader prevents respawns; and Submission, a form of "capture the flag."¹
