A sugar-based candy, fudge traditionally uses chocolate as its main flavor, but recipes have been developed for almost every other sweet flavor, from the predictable (peanut butter, white chocolate) to the exotic (lavender, pumpkin). For more information, see Mahalo's How to Make Fudge page.
