Career
Vincent Deighan did his first work on Electric Soup, a Scottish underground comic book, under the pseudonym Frank Quitely because he didn't want his family to be upset by his work.
When John Brown Publishing picked up Electric Soup and distributed it throughout the United Kingdom David Bishop, director of Judge Dread Megazine, saw Quietly's work and liked it.
Quitely got his big break in America when he did the Flex Mentallo comic in 1996 and went on to draw for Marvel Comics New X-men.
After signing a two year exclusive contract with DC Comics in 2004, Quitely continues to receive praise and recognition for his work on All Star Superman.
