Frank Marshall Davis
Guide Note:Frank Marshall Davis was an African-American poet and journalist, who was investigated by the FBI and House Un-American Activities Committee because of his "social realist" poetry. Senator Barack Obama wrote about Frank in his memoir, Dreams From My Father, referring to him as a mentor.
