Guide Note: The 4-Hour Workweek is a self-improvement book by entrepreneur Timothy Ferriss. The book discusses how best to manage one's time and opportunities to achieve business success. The 4-Hour Workweek evolved, according to Ferriss, as a description of his strategies for running the sports products company BrainQUICKEN, which Ferriss developed in 2002.
