Four Horsemen Timeline
- 1986: The Four Horsemen are formed in the National Wrestling Alliance with members "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, Ole Anderson, Arn Anderson, Tully Blancard, and manager James J. Dillon.
- 1987: Ole Anderson is kicked out of the group and is replaced with Lex Luger.
- 1987: Lex Luger is kicked out after losing the US Title.
- 1988: Barry Windham takes over Luger's spot on the team.
- 1988: The Four horsemen are temporarily disbanded after Arn Anderson and Tully Blancard leave for the WWF.
- 1989: The Four horsemen reform with members Ric Flair, Ole Anderson, Arn Anderson, and Sting.
- 1990: Sting is kicked out of the group after he challenged Ric Flair for the World title. Women is brought in to become Flair's valet.
- 1990: Ole Anderson retires from wrestling and becomes there manager. At the same time they bring in Barry Windham and Sid Vicious.
- 1991: The Four horsemen are broken up again when Flair leaves for the WWF.
- 1993: The Four horsemen are reformed again with members Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, and "Pretty" Paul Roma.
- 1995: "Pretty" Paul Roma is released from WCW and is replaced with Brian Pillman. Miss Elizabeth is added as a 2nd valet.
- 1996: Pillman leaves for the WWF and is replaced with Steve "Mongo" McMichael and his wife Debra..
- 1996: Jeff Jarrett joins The Horsemen but is "fired" from the group a few months later. Miss Elizabeth leaves the group.
- 1997: Arn Anderson is force to retire from wrestling and his "spot" is given to Curt Henning, but he turns on them and joins the nWo.
- 1998: The final incarnation of the group is formed with members Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, James J. Dillon, Dean Malenko, and Chris Benoit.
