Located in the southeastern region, the state of Florida is the United States fourth largest most populous state and is mostly one large peninsula. Known for its tropical climate, it's very popular with college spring breaks and winter get-aways.

Home to Major League Baseball's spring training, Florida has three NFL teams, the Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, two MLB teams, the Tampa Bay Rays and the Florida Marlins. They also have two NBA teams, the Miami Heat and the Orlando Magic, two NHL teams Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers

Florida is home to many attractions. Families can visit Walt Disney World or Sea World and enjoy a day with rides, food and fun. Busch Gardens is a wonderful place to explore and learn about animals. Daytona Beach is a popular spring break destination.
