Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has been a staunch supporter of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama throughout the Illinois senator's campaign. In February 2008, Farrakhan told a Chicago, Illinois crowd that Obama could be the "savior" that America needs.
