Guide Note
Fall Out Boy is a Chicago-based Pop-Punk band that has risen to stardom with a deft combination of danceable beats and catchy melodies. Led by Bass-player and main songwriter Pete Wentz, the band released their debut album Take This to Your Grave in 2003 to limited success. It wasn't until 2005's From Under the Cork Tree that the band achieved a significant amount of commercial success. That album went on to sell over two million copies and spawned the hit singles "Sugar, We're Goin Down" and "Dance, Dance". Their latest album, 2007's Infinity on High was another success and eventually hit #1 on the Billboard music charts.
