Relatives of Esmin Green, the woman whose death in a Brooklyn hospital was captured on surveillance video, have announced they plan to file a $25 million lawsuit against New York City and Kings County Hospital.1
The family is also seeking criminal charges against hospital employees who neglected to help Green.1
