Quotes from Ellen Barkin
- "I think I have an interesting kind of sexuality. It's not always what they want, out there in Hollywood. They tend to like the fragile girl more and I think my sexuality is more male than female." — Ellen Barkin on her sexuality
- "I want to look as good as I can for a 53-year-old. I don’t want to look as good as I can for a 30-year-old. If you do that ‘who’s sexier’ thing, I’m always going to go with Susan Sarandon or Meryl Streep. It’s not just a physical thing. It kind of breaks my heart. I think, Why aren’t you happy in your fifties? Why aren’t you happy in your forties?" — Ellen Barkin on her age
- "You just have all these guys, from Carl Reiner, to Casey Affleck, and everybody in between. And then there's you. It's kinda fabulous." — Ellen Barkin on her role in Ocean's 13
- "I like my looks, but they're certainly an acquired taste. I'm not a frothy, girly girl. I was never a pretty little starlet." — Ellen Barkin on her looks
