Eggs Benedict is a breakfast dish made with a two toasted English muffin halves, a slice of Canadian bacon or ham, one poached egg, and covered with Hollandaise sauce.

1. Seafood Benedict: Replace the bacon with crab, shrimp, lobster or scallops
