E-Stop Sex Offender Bill

February 14, 2008: The New York State Senate proposed the Electronic Security and Targeting of Online Predators bill—known as E-Stop—that is designed to increase protection for children and teenagers from sexual predators on the Internet. It would be the first law to banish sexual predators from social networks.¹
