Death Jr: Root of Evil is the third game in the franchise and the first to appear on a home console. Called the "special edition" by producer James Stanley, Death Jr: Root of Evil is a port of a game originally released on Sony's Playstation Portable in 2006. This new version boasts higher-resolution textures, an improved user interface, split-screen cooperative play, and additional voice acting. The game also lost its "II" since it is the first Death Jr. game on the Wii.
