DayJet's business model is to provide customers "on demand seats". No flight schedules are provided by the company; rather, customers book a plane online for local transport. Using Eclipse 500 aircraft, DayJet provides short-haul direct flights to secondary airports. With this model, DayJet hopes to provide single-day business trips, by avoiding the congestion of major airline hubs.
