David S. Goyer

The Dark Knight
David S. Goyer sat on the panel for The Dark Knight at the 2008 San Diego Comic-Con. When asked about the possibility of The Joker appearing in the next Batman film, Goyer acknowledged that it would be a "no-brainer" if Heath Ledger were still alive. Goyer would not comment on any further usage of the character under current circumstances.2
