Daniel Smith was an American actor and is the late son of the late actress/model Anna Nicole Smith and her first husband Billy Smith. Daniel was often featured on his mother's E! reality show The Anna Nicole Smith Show.

Overdose

Daniel Smith died while visiting his mother Anna Nicole Smith at the maternity ward, on September 10, 2006, days after she had given birth to his half-sister, Dannielynn. After toxicology reports came back it was discovered that Smith accidentally overdosed on methadone and lexapro.
