Delta Enterprises recalled 1.6 million drop-side cribs after two infants deaths. On October 21, 2008, Delta recalled cribs manufactured in China between 1995 and 2005.1

Simplicity and Graco Crib Recalls
Simplicity Cribs and Graco were a part of the second largest crib recall in history when nearly 1 million cribs were recalled after the deaths of three babies in September of 2007.4 On August 27, 2008, a consumer warning was issued for the Simplicity 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 bassinets after two babies died of strangulation.3
