Cornelius
Cornelius is the stage name of an experimental pop music producer from Japan who first released material in 1994. While his music is grounded in pop music structures, he often includes a mix of both natural and electronically-generated sound samples.

Early History
Oyamada began his musical career as a member Flipper's Guitar, a pop band influential in the Japanese Shibuya-kei movement. When Flipper's Guitar broke up in 1991, Oyamada began his experimental solo career as Cornelius.
