Cool Whip

A staple of Jell-O salads and no-bake pie recipes since its introduction in 1967, Cool Whip, now made by Kraft Foods, is sold in refrigerated or frozen tubs. The "whipped topping" is made out of water, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated coconut and palm oils. According to the Kraft Foods website, Cool Whip is not milk or dairy-free and should not be eaten by people with diary allergies.
