Guide Note:Col. Samuel Lofton III is accused of sexually assaulting two civilian employees at Shepard
Air Force Base, among other charges. He is being tried by a military court, in an Article 32 procedure, which is analogous to a civilian grand jury. The outcome of the procedure will determine if there is enough evidence for a court martial.
