Plot
Clueless is the story of an attractive, well-off and popular high school student, Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone). She lives in Beverly Hills with her father who is a high-paid litigator. Cher and her best friend, Dionne (Stacey Dash) decide to give back to the community by helping a new student, Tai Frasier (Brittany Murphy) who is "tragically unhip" with a complete make-over. Cher also plays match-maker for anyone she feels needs the assistance, including finding a boyfriend, Christian (Justin Walker) for herself, who ends up being gay. She eventually realizes that she has fallen in love with her ex-step-brother, Josh (Paul Rudd).
