Cirque Du Soleil is a multi-show empire created by two street performers based out of
Quebec,
Canada. What began as a performance troupe soon evolved into a modern day circus without the use of animals. Performances include singers, dancers, acrobatics, multi-media, and performance art. Once a show with 73 employees in the 1990s, it soon expanded to a 3,500 employee team.
