Charlize Theron Lawsuit
Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil filed a lawsuit against actress Charlize Theron in early 2007 for breach of contract. After fighting the suit in February 2008, a judge decided that the case would be heard in court in late October 2008.1
Theron and Weil settled the lawsuit out of court in early November 2008. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.2
