
Guide Note: Change Congress is a website and movement started by Larry Lessig in order to change what he calls the "corrupt" system currently in place. The site is dsesigned to maintain the committment of reform-minded congressional respresentatives, track the reform efforts of all members of Congress and provide a means of financial support for candidates who support congressional reform.
