Chanel

Chanel is a Paisian Fashion label founded by Coco Chanel in France in 1910. Chanel began as a women's headwear retailer but is now famous for clothing, footwear, handbags, cosmetics, perfume, watches, jewelry and other luxury items.

In 2000, Chanel introduced a line of watches called Chanel J12. The watch is Swiss-designed and comes in several styles, including Black Ceramic and Quartz. Some of the watches are embedded with diamonds.

Chanel's premier perfume is called Chanel No. 5. Coco Chanel's initial fragrance, it was introduced in 1921 and has remained fairly constant into the present. The perfume has hints of rose, jasmine and vanilla.

Coco Chanel History

Coco Chanel was the founder of the House of Chanel. She revolutionized the fashion industry by incorporating elegance, class, and originality with her "back to basics" motto. Her clothes placed an increased emphasis on comfort and simplicity of design. Coco Chanel had complete control over her company from 1909 until her death on January 10, 1971.
