Career Section
After graduating from Indiana University, Sadler began working in broadcast journalism at the local Indianapolis news station, WXIN-TV. In 1998, she became an entertainment reporter for KBWB/KNTV in San Francisco. While at KBWB/KNTV San Francisco, she hosted a nightly lifestyle segment called The Bay Beat. In 2003, she moved back to her home state of Indiana and co-hosted Indiana Lottery's Hoosier Millionaire. While hosting the Hoosier Millionaire, Sadler was also the Indiana Pacers' emcee. In 2005, Sadler moved to Los Angeles and started working for E! Entertainment.
