Cartoon Wah

Cartoon Wah is the father of seven year old Hser Nay Moo. Hser went missing on Monday March 31, 2008 and tragically, her body was found one day later on Tuesday April 1, 2008 in the bathroom of a neighbor's apartment in her complex where the family lived.

An Amber Alert was issued fifteen hours after the girl was first reported missing because it was unclear if she had been abducted or not.

Five men are being questioned on suspicion of homicide. Fast Facts:
