Actor William Petersen dropped a few hints about a possible CSI movie in the future. Peterson will leave the show in the middle of season 9 and be replaced by Laurence Fishburne. Peterson says "It could be good if we did it right. The whole world is interested in the show."1 No official announcements of a CSI movie have been made at this time.
