Great Comebacks Thanks To Tarantino
Britney Spears is not the only celebrity to be given a chance at rekindling her career in a Tarantino movie.
Tarantino has helped a variety of actors and actresses with flagging careers get back in front of the camera. John Travolta's starring role as mid-level gangster Vincent Vega in 1994's Pulp Fiction led to more roles in films like Get Shorty, Primary Colors and Broken Arrow.
1970s Blaxploitation star Pam Grier had a second chance for fame in 1997's Jackie Brown. Her career failed to take off again perhaps due to the film's modest success at the box office.3
More recently, David Caradine was "saved...from two decades of mainly low-budget schlock by [Tarantino] casting him as Kill Bill's titular archvillain."4
