Guide Note:August 24, 2007, Union Township, Ohio: Glen Este Middle School assistant principal Brenda Slaby's two year-old daughter died after having been left in the back seat of Slaby's SUV for eight hours during a heat wave. Temperatures outside reached about 100 degrees.

On September 4, 2007, it was announced that no charges would be filed against Slaby.
