Branden Albert

College Football Albert played college football for the Virginia Cavaliers Football team. As a guard for the Cavaliers in the 2005 season he won All-American honors and became only the fourth true freshman to start in the Music City Bowl for the Virginia Cavaliers. In 2006, he allowed only one sack while starting all 12 games and was named an All-State player. In the 2007 season he was nominated as the team captain for the Cavaliers. The NFL Draft Some analysist's such as Mel Kiper predict Albert will go as one of the top five picks. The last time this has happened in the NFL Draft was in 2001 when the Arizona Cardinals chose Leonard Davis second overall. Albert might be asked to play tackle according to Kiper since he has the ability and speed to block defensive ends. Fast Facts:
