Brand New
Brand New is a five piece American alternative rock band from New York. The band's first full length album, Your Favorite Weapon was released in 2001 on Triple Crown Records. In 2003 they released their second album, Deja Entendu and it received much praise. The album contains some slower songs and more meaningful lyrics then their first album. It reached number 75 on the Top 100 albums for 2003 and was certified gold almost four years after it was released. It was reported on March 21, 2008 that Brand New started their own record label Procrastinate! Music Traitors. Their first act signed was longtime friend Kevin Devine.
